- Design the graphical user interfaces of NI software and create the visual user experience
- Work in close cooperation with concept developers, product managers and developers
- Support concept developers in finding the right design language
- Support the design process of our hardware products
- Experience in designing professional software GUIs
- Pixel and vector graphic expert
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in prototyping software interfaces is a plus (e.g. with Flash, Processing etc.)
- Creative individual with a critical view on workflow and usability
- Degree in a design study
- Good knowledge of typography and logo design
- Knowledge of software instrument market
- Team player with good communication skills
- English skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
