Native Instruments, the leader in software instruments and integrated solutions for music producers, guitarists and DJs, is seeking an experienced project manager to work in a highly creative corporate marketing department.
Reporting to the International Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day project schedule, which ranges from traditional print campaigns and packaging to online content, video production, banners, newsletters, and more. Work with division marketing managers, in-house creative staff, and freelancers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of all projects according to budget.
Must be able to deal with multiple projects, prioritize them accordingly, and communicate potential risks to management. Use your problem-solving skills to find more efficient workflows and improve processes.

- Examine current processes and make recommendations for more efficient workflows
- Create and manage project plans including requirements, risk assessments, task assignment, schedules and budget incl. resource planning
- Liaise between client (division marketing managers) and various marketing service teams including art department, online content editors, video production, and web development
- Manage external freelance resources
- Timely and regular communication of project status updates
- Interface with International Director of Marketing and division marketing managers to resolve project-related issues
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and with the desired quality
- 3-5 years marketing project management experience
- Detail-oriented, with superior organization and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing department
- Experience working with a range of marketing staff from graphic designers to copywriters, web developers, and video production teams
- Ability to interface between product management and creative teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- Familiarity with Native Instruments products preferred, but not required
