Worldwide standard delivery from our Online Shop is completely free! If you would like to receive the goods faster, you can select and pay for a faster delivery method in many countries.
In all countries we accept payment by credit card (Visa, Euro/Master, and American Express) and by PayPal. Inside Germany you can also pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. Download orders can only be paid for by credit card and PayPal.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details can not be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
We offer demo versions for most of our products which you can download directly from our website. These versions contain the full function range of the product. You will find the link in the left hand column of the product page. Furthermore, many resellers will also let you test products before purchase.
A download version including the manual in PDF-format can be downloaded directly from the website. You will then receive an email with the serial number. With the boxed version you receive the physical product including a printed manual. The serial number will be in the package.
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation by email. After processing the order the package will then be sent the same day, or at the latest, the following work day. With payments made by bank transfer, the package will be sent as soon as the payment is received.
If you have not received an order confirmation email directly after making your order, you may possibly have given us an incorrect email address. In this case please contact our Order Support to check whether we received your order.
Yes. An invoice is included with your package and sent by email in a PDF form. With the download version you'll receive the invoice as a PDF by email.
In individual cases dispatch delays, which NI has no influence over may occur. These may differ from country to country. Please contact our Order Support with the details of your invoice and/or order number.
After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

VAT stands for Value Added Tax which is an indirect sales tax. If you live in the European Union (but outside of Germany) and are exempt from VAT, then you can fill in your VAT-ID (VAT No.) into the appropriate field of the order form. Before finalizing the order process the German VAT will be deducted from the sales price to avoid double taxation.
