mPD is an update to M'PD with some additions and some deletions.

The reverb effect has been deleted. It saves some CPU and you can add your own effects, if so desired. I removed the unnecessary scopes. I also removed the ' from the name because Reaktor's database-search engine does not recognize apostrophes as such.

I've added switches for turning on/off each of the oscillators. That can be useful while designing snapshots and it also cuts CPU usage by half if you want to use only one oscillator. The synth has been designed to reduce crackling noise when operating the switches or changing the snapshots.

One small change, but something I particularly like, is a modification I made to the multi-breakpoint envelopes that auto-zooms to the full extents of the display when a snapshot is changed.
