How to check the driver version of my audio device

You can get information on your driver version by going into the Control Panel, then click on About. The device must be connected to the computer.

To access the Control Panel of your audio device, go to Start>Programs>Native Instruments [Product Name] Driver>Control Panel. Updates can be found in the SERVICE CENTER or on our website under Support.

Mac

---

Look into the System Preferences for the NI USB Audio Control Panel icon. Clicking this Icon will show you the driver version in case you have the device connected to your computer.

   I have been trying to get the sound to work on the trackor pro upgrade will not work! It did not work on the demo however they sent me ane-mail on how to get it to work but they won't tell me on a product that I just spent money on. I am a regsitered user and just want a little help.
