What is a Product Activation?
Nearly all new Native Instruments software products require a Product Activation which can be completed within a few seconds using the SERVICE CENTER. A Product Activation can be done online or offline and consists of two basic steps:
1) Generating and transmitting a product activation id for a specific computer to Native Instruments. This is done with the SERVICE CENTER which will be installed with all latest software releases.
2) Receiving back an Activation Return id to unlock the software for permanent use. In online mode, this is done automatically. In offline mode, this id is contained in a file which can be imported back into SERVICE CENTER on your offline computer.
