How can I contact Registration Support?
The Native Instruments Registration Support can be reached via an on-line support form or per phone. We recommend to provide as accurate information as possible to allow a faster solution. The following hints can help you to find out what information would be important for us in order to solve some typical requests:
Phone numbers and business hours
- If you get an error during activation, either within SERVICE CENTER or on our website while doing an off-line activation, please tell us the exact wording of this error and provide the support file from SERVICE CENTER (can be exported from teh Help menu of SERVICE CENTER).
- If you can not login to your user account or if you have forgotten which email address you have used for your user account, please provide us with a serial number which should be registered due to a prior product activation.
- If there is any problem related to the serial number or license you have received (e.g. an "serial in use" error), please tell us the concerned serial number.
- If you have purchased your product second hand, but the original owner has not yet contacted us regarding a license transfer, please get in touch with the seller and ask him to contact our Registration Support.
